New Zealand’s first Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Conference, will take place from 18-19th January 2019 at the Owen G Glenn Business School, the University of Auckland.

We welcome health professionals, data scientists and innovators from across Aotearoa, to be immersed in workshops and discussion on the concepts of Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing and image recognition.

The workshops will be led by MIT, Harvard, University of Michigan, National University of Singapore, and Monash University faculty and data scientists in collaboration with New Zealand experts and will use electronic health data to teach concepts on artificial intelligence to improve healthcare. The event programme will be underpinned by the Quadruple Aim of Healthcare: improving the health of populations; improving patient, and workforce, experience; and reducing the cost of healthcare.

We are partnering with academia, the tech industry and across the healthcare sector. In health, we welcome professionals of all specialties and qualifications, and those from urban and rural areas.

Whether you’re a health professional or tech engineer/data scientist looking to collaborate and build AI technology, analyse big data, or build a data warehouse, we welcome you aboard this waka, to catalyse the digital health future of New Zealand.
